I admit, I thought it would have been simpler. Ahaha. New to this blogging stuff. But hey, not so shabby.
By the way, today’s rainy day soundtrack is:

Today I also finished reading one of the old National Geographic magazines that I recently bought. There was a story in it from the archives of NatGeo. And it was about Bulgaria. I these times, that more and more countries are facing protests from their citizens, the topics and facts that they talk about in the article are shocking. And the shocking part being how much we have strayed from the right path. The Bulgaria that the article was talking about sounded amazing. People fighting for the right cause. People fighting to educate themselves and mostly their children, so everyone can have a better future. And the politicians – men with honor and dignity, who put their people before everything else.
Anyhow, now that I am done reading this month’s ‘archive’ magazine it is time for a book. I think I will be starting the ‘Institute’ by Stephan King. I have an interesting week coming with a lot of traveling (hey! for the reading as a perfect mean to pass the time faster) and some relaxing (Pomorie here we come) ahead of me.
I just read the next paragraph for the first time (Like I said, I ‘almost’ got a head of the whole ‘posting’ and ‘blogging’ stuff so bear with me), but hey, I totally agree, as a writer, with the quote from Anne Lamott. And also…
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
… Yes. I got the chance to try the ‘quote’ style. It does look really stylish and I think I will be using it a lot. I am really happy that I got the chance to try it out.
Cheers, you all!
